The SRC meets approximately once a quarter with the purpose of setting policies and procedures for the referee organization, resolving open issues, and determining how to spend the money collected through referee, assignor, assessor, and instructor  registration fees.

The SRA is responsible for managing the entire state referee organization including the SRC budget.

The SDI is responsible for managing all activities related to referee education and determining grade requirements (when upgrading).

The SDA is responsible for managing  all activities related to assessments and working to support referees who are upgrading.

The SAC is responsible for all activities related to game assignments and supports all assignors as necessary.
