Approximately half of all registration fees collected goes directly to USSoccer. The remaining funds are managed by the SRA to provide assessments and instruction, support state sponsored tournaments including regional and ODP programs, support national level candidate development through attendance at required training events and tournaments, and support local operations through the Area Referee Administrators.

All positions in the SRC are voluntary – none of its’ members get paid.
